Product Manager: Storefront

We view our website as our Storefront – this is where we create first impressions and attract new customers - its main purpose is to serve as an excellent customer acquisition source. You will greet future customers by creating dynamic journeys that deliver the right content and information at the right time for the right customer. With your strong design knowledge you'll convert data to insights and make beautiful and intuitive UX/UI, driving acquisition and make everlasting good first impressions.

You are probably

  • A digital product lover and have a vision about "where things are going".
  • Great at understanding users, their needs and motivations & how to define and prioritise key user journeys to drive and improve customer acquisition.
  • Great eye and appreciation for design.
  • A believer in letting data & KPIs be a strong driver of design decisions.

... but most important is not all of the above but rather that you are a strong inspirational leader and have the dedication to take our online experience - and thereby our most important customer acquisition source - to the next level and can learn whichever tools that are required to do so.

Main responsibility

Own & drive our web/storefront for all markets from a conversion optimization & growth perspective. Work with Product Owners & Developers to ensure our Storefront is best in class from both a design and conversion point-of-view.

Daily activities will involve following up on A/B tests, working together with the Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition team as well as our in-house copywriter to ensure maximum ROI on all acquisition efforts as well as optimizing onboarding together with the Activation & Retention team.


Some of the tools we use and expect you to adopt are A/B testing tools such as Zarget, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau for Business Intelligence, Favro for collaboration & task management and some other ones.


You will be part of the Growth team whose main responsibility is to set and deliver a scalable growth for Soundtrack Your Brand’s global expansion. You will partner up with our amazing Frontend Developer, Activation Specialist, Acquisition Manager and the rest of the Growth team to together take an agile and nimble approach to building a high-performance website. You'll also work closely with our Design team.
